Daniel Alexander - Recent sales

Daniel Alexander is the Principal and Managing Director of LJ Hooker Palm Beach and Coolangatta Tweed. The Alexander family name has been synonymous with the Southern Gold Coast property market for almost three decades.

In 2015 Dan and his father, Bob Alexander acquired LJ Hooker Palm Beach. In 2018 the business expanded into Coolangatta Tweed; and shortly after opened their specialist Commercial Property Division – LJ Hooker Commercial Palm Beach.

Dan has been building the business since this time with a focus on bringing the right people into the business and growing a high-performance culture. As the founder of LJ Hooker said, "real estate is not about property, it’s about people". With the right people, systems and innovative technology, Dan has enabled his team to deliver consistently successful outcomes to LJ Hooker clients.

Dan is fully licensed and accredited in QLD and NSW and holds university qualifications in Business and Psychology. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Dan held various senior management and advisory positions in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Dan’s hard work has been recognised with numerous awards over the past 6 years. LJ Hooker Palm Beach was named in the “REB Top 50 Sales Offices in Australia” in 2019 and Dan was personally awarded “Business Owner of the Year” within the LJ Hooker QLD & Northern NSW network in 2020. Dan was recently named in the “Top 15 Most Influential Real Estate Agents on the Gold Coast” by the Gold Coast Bulletin.
